Return & Exchange Policy

At GOLD COLLECT BD, every transaction is conducted with transparency, security, and professionalism. As we deal with precious metals whose market prices fluctuate continuously, we maintain a clear and fair Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy to protect both buyers and sellers.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before payment is confirmed or before the order has been processed.
• Once payment is verified and the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled due to market price fluctuations.

No Return & No Refund Policy

• Due to the volatile nature of Gold and Silver prices, all completed sales are final.
• Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
• Customers are requested to carefully review product details, weight, purity, pricing, and delivery information before placing an order.

Delivery Verification

• Customers should inspect the parcel in the presence of the delivery representative whenever possible.
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with, customers should refuse delivery immediately and contact GOLD COLLECT BD Customer Support.
• Once the parcel has been accepted, claims regarding physical damage or missing items may not be accepted unless supported by an official unboxing video and verified by our support team.

Exchange Policy

• Gold and Silver products are generally not eligible for exchange after delivery.
• Exchanges may only be considered if:
  • The customer receives the wrong product.
  • The delivered product differs from the confirmed order.
  • The product is damaged due to our packaging or delivery process.
• Approved exchanges are subject to verification by our Quality Assurance team.
