Return & Refund Policy
- All the refund transactions will be made within 7-10 working days.
- Refund will be provided using the same payment channel using which the customer has paid.
- After 7 days of purchasing, the customer can get 80% of the refund if he/she wants to return the product and take cash instead of. Please note that this applies to the gold ornaments customers purchase from any jewelry brand.
- After 7 days of purchasing, the customer can get a maximum 90% refund in case of exchange with any other product. Please note that this is only applicable only if the customer purchased the ornaments from Gold Collect BD.
